How do you change your avatar? * sheepish * I have pushed all the buttons I can find, in all the combinations I can think of, and it isn't working.

Click on UCP at the top next to Members, then on the left under Options click Profile. There is a little button there that says Edit Avatar, click on that and you can change it there! Click Display Gallery to see all the different avatars.

By the way, the Private section of the avatar gallery is for avatars that are only used by the person who owns the avatar. Public and Small are for everyone's use.

Yes, I found my way to the gallery easily enough.... The difficulty is that I can't make the stubborn thing actually change my avatar.

Hmm. If you select the one you want, click the little button so it has the blue dot in the middle; then scroll right to the very bottom of the list of the many avatars, and click Submit.
