This is not just happening on this forum, but also on Sci Fi and Historical. When I am logged out or in on Sci Fi, HF and FF and I go onto the board index, it says Members Name was the last to post on such and such a date, 2012, well if you hold your mouse over the 2012 an advert pops up, it happens to several dates down the board index, but not every single one. Here when I go into the art gallery and I'm logged in, it will have the photo and then the date the member took the photo, and the date will be an advert. Any idea why this is happening?

Edit: For instance, this post at the top right it says the date it was posted, for me that date is an advert when I hold my mouse over it.

At the risk of asking a dumb question, what is an advert?

Hm....very strange. I'm not able to reproduce this in any of the places you mentioned. Which browser are you using to access the internet?

Try going to the board index and clearing all board cookies, for a start.

Thank you, Andrew! I had just updated Firefox to the 10.something, so I wondered if it was something to do with that; I removed some add-ons, and it fixed this! Thanks anyway. I'm glad it's not happening anymore, as whenever I was trying to read, adverts kept popping up!
