Welcome to Zoriah, a rather mysterious land. It is vast, with some almost primitive islands and some bustling cities with soaring populations. There is no 'native' tongue of Zoriah; English and such variants are used often. Although part of Zoriah's people cannot read or write, history is passed down from generation to generation in those places. Zoriah's population is ever growing, its count including shape shifters, dwarves/humans, and elves.

This is just me being an essence mapping purist, but this seems ideally suited to the FirstX syntax. I'm having a hard time following this particular style of freestyle, and for posting an essence map on the blog, I'd prefer it was FirstX or X+ (unless you do something which can't be expressed in those, in which case feel free to PM me to find out how: I'm confident it can be done, haha).

If you need help converting it, feel free to ask, and I might even do it for you. :)

It looks like BasicX to me, or whatever you called the simple syntax before the new overhaul... which means it shouldn't be that confusing to you, oh essence creator.

* shakes head * I didn't make that syntax, haha. I look at essence maps from underneath a lot, and this syntax isn't consistent with the internal structure of essence mapping itself.

However, the basic essence mapping is featured on HW.

This needs to be figured out today, though. It is supposed to go on the blog today.
