I was looking at the member list, searching for the name of a friend and I saw a girl with a "Rebel" ring as her rank. What is this ring for? Does this rank have responsibilities like the others do? Please answer, I am very puzzled by this!

The "Rebel" is not really a user. They are like a testing account or sorts, from what I know they have no special access (but those in charge do use the account on occasion).

But what exactly is it used for?

It's an account the Ringsmith, Dieki Kondrael, sometimes uses to test things out on the forums, I think Green Mist.

The Dark Lord will sometimes use The Enigma to keep an eye on his followers as well.

Lady Elanor is correct. The Enigma was the only one. Sorry for asking more questions but what exactly do you mean by "testing" and "keeping an eye on his followers"?

When I or Jay add a new feature to HW, we use the Enigma to make sure everything works right before releasing it to the rest of the users.

Keeping an eye on his followers is a joke.

It's a dummy account, accessed by various members for either testing different technical stuff, or for pranks and playing around.

Don't worry, Misty, you're not the first to be tripped up by that user, or that ring. It's just their test user, right now. If you actually want this history of the ring and its user(s), just let me know, and I think I can give it pretty well.

Joe Bloe was the original Enigma, we changed his username to something more epic and fantasy.
