I am designing a logo for HW, and I want to see what y'all think of my concept.

It's very subtle.
Understated even.
I wondered what it would look like on a black or dark bg.
How would this be used?

There would be several different versions for different applications. A very simple one for small icons, a few more complex ones for headers and etc. I am trying to decide between some sort of circle around it or a triangle. Maybe a mix of both?

I have a friend of mine who is better at SVG graphics and logo design than I am working on it. He isn't doing it for free though. :P Haha. Anyone want to donate to help defray the cost? :)
