Post subject:  HW convention in the SE: Where and are you attending?
Here's the deal. The weekend before thanksgiving, Friday morning. I will get you all the address for the park we will be meeting at in ATL. To hit off the convention, we will meet with everybody at the same place in Atlanta. From that park we will do lunch at a Wendys or something. After that, we'll hang out in Atlanta for a couple more hours. Everyone who is coming to the Toccoa half will leave with us and we can Caravan up to Toccoa, and based on how many come for dindin we'll buy an appropriate amount of Pizza for dinner. We have separate buildings guys/girls would go to past 10 PM, and possibly earlier if people are tired. (be sure to bring a sleeping bag and pillow!)

In the morning we'll provide pop-tarts or something, and from there the convention will be officially over. But that's not to say people can't go out to lunch with another family if it pleases them.

So, on the Poll vote for where and if you'll come, and post in here and tell us what you voted! :D

Not sure, but it's good that it's here. It was getting swamped in GD.

And guys, please vote if you're coming! The sooner we find out who is coming, the better we can know to plan a schedule.

Ok, we need to set a deadline, and we need you to reply to this topic or PM either Sui or I if you voted that you were coming. Please, please try to have your vote in by Nov. 1!

Right now I'm assuming those who have voted to come to the whole thing are Jonathan, Crush, and... :? Not sure who the third is. The one who voted they were coming only to the Atlanta part is Seer? Please, let me know. :/

I really want to come... but I don't know if it will be possible. Caleb has a crazy swimming schedule, and gas is so expensive. :P

If anyone does want to Skype in, if Mom gives me the OK and if we can find a place that has Wifi, I may be able to let a couple people Skype or gchat in. I'll let you know for certain as soon as I can ask Mom.

Our best chances for getting together electronically with people will probably be in Atlanta after lunch and/or at the church after supper and/or saturday afternoon with those people who can stay after the convention is 'officially over'.

Those days would be November 25th and 26th. :D

*cringes at the date* I just realized that the dates are the same weekend as my parents' anniversary, and we will probably be going away... :pale: Looks like I may be missing out entirely this time. If anything changes, I'll let y'all know.

Huh? :? I thought the convention was November 19th-20th or something...Those dates are right after Thanksgiving, which is not a good time at all...:?
