Well, whether or not we actually have a cyborg running around on HW, I keep getting that error. There I'd gotten it when I clicked on "active topics" but I have now gotten it for posting a post, or just clicking to a different thread. :?

Has this issue been resolved?

I don't see what's you find so unusual about a Cyborg on HW, everyone knows we have cyborgs on HW...
