I attached a screen clipping of what has been happening when I enter the chat room. I've been on chat for hours today and this just happened a few minutes ago. Clearing cookies and refreshing the page don't fix it. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mine does that when my internet is being slow, or else it thinks I'm logged out. Are you logged out, Seer? Try an incognito window. |

If you are logged out it should redirect you to the login page. That just looks like it hasn't loaded all the data yet. |

That happens when my internet is running slow and trying to catch up. It disappears eventually. |

Yep, Airi. This happens to me when I first go on, it looks exactly like that picture. But I just wait and it loads, I think it's due to lag problems maybe. |

That has happened to me. I look up to the top, and it says I'm logged out.  It's really fun though, I can post as anonymous.

I think this is a login problem; also, it hasn't been redirecting you if you try to access it without being logged in, but that's another issue. Jay and I have just made some major changes to HW, and we're hoping the login problem is fixed. Initial reports seem promising, but if you're still having problems, report here: viewtopic.php?f=28&t=4078 I'm locking this thread now; carry on over there.  (Also, when you "post as " anonymous, nobody else can see those posts. Sorry .  )
