Would it be possible to have a "reply all" button for PMs? I know that would make things a bit easier for the HWCS Prayer Team when we send out requests\respond. Or maybe you could make a group list that sent it out to the team... I had considered messenger pigeons but we seem to have a shortage down here.  Shawn |

I have also really wanted that, and it seems that in older phpbb3 versions, that was actually the default behavior. Then they separated it from normal reply, and now it isn't there at all, from what I can tell. I thought there should be a simple hack for it (I mean, it is a pretty basic concept), but I can't find any.  I will keep working on it, but for now what you can do is copy and paste the list of recipients from the To line into the recipient box, and replace the spaces between the usernames with newlines, so each name is on its own line. Not too hard, but yes, it is subpar.

Would you be averse to having it reply to all by default? I think that is easier, because I might have figured out how.

Oooh, awesome! Thanks! Having a three way PM conversation has been a little tricky over here. Doing that be default is perfect for me, since we want the three way conversation to stay three way! |
