| Sir Emeth Mimetes would like all Nano contestants to please consider writing an encouraging Nano related topic for the Holy World's Blog. Please consider this as we feel it would be a worthy contribution to our blog, and an appropriate one at this time. | |

| I've been in a study skills class for a few semesters and I've learned a lot about how your learning environment effects how much information you absorb. I just finished outlining a thesis-style paper applying that information to writing. It's not exclusive to NaNoers (anyone could use the information), but has certainly helped me this month . My thesis is "you will write better when you write in your ideal environment". Does that sound like something you would be interested in for the blog? | |

| I think that would be a great addition Evening! Please write it up and submit it. Once it is critiqued we can place it in line for the blog. However, I think Sir Emeth would also like one specific to Nano. | |

| I am working on a writing theory article that is NaNo specific. It is entitled "Five Utterly Ridiculous Ways to Raise Your NaNo Word Count," and the title says it all. I give five detailed, original ideas to "fluff" your word count - but I also suggest why these ideas might be functional literary tactics for serious writing. Does that sound like something that would fit Jay's desire? | |

| So long as it is encouraging and it is about Nano I think he would be pleased. Write the article and then post it under submissions for everyone else to critique. Thank you Phili. | |

| So, we have a legitimate excuse to not write our novel? I'll start working on it right away. | |

| uh oh. This is kind of short notice for all editors out there, but I'd be willing to just write a summary/congratulations for winners/encouragement for non-winners blog post for December 1st if you'd like. I'm already writing it for another forum anyway. | |

| I think that would be fine, so long as you went through submission for edits before getting clearance. Philli posted hers a little while ago, as did I mine. Varon is finishing his piece so it can be put on the blog; I know Evening is working on one too. Last I saw was her bullet points, so hers may be a little later on the schedule. So I think you could post one tomorrow, so long as we can get it edited (if needed) before posting. | |

| Um... I won't be able to get you that article before December 1st, unfortunately. My life was eaten by a certain month-long program of literary abandon, and I did not have/make the time to write up that article. However, I still intend to write the one about writing environments, I just need to get past NaNo and Blinking Cursor Syndrome. | |
