Hello all fellow Holy Worlders!

You all had a fun time at the birthday party, right? For those who weren't here, Holy Worlds recently turned one, so we had a one year, one month, and one day birthday party. Everyone had loads of fun, so we decided to have a thanksgiving party as well. There won't be as much going on during this party as there was during the birthday party, there won't be any decorations, contests or anything. The party will take place in the chatroom and facebook page, and we will be trying to break the most ever users online record. ;) This thread is the place to be if you are looking for where to post what you are thankful for.

The party will start at noon on the Friday after thanksgiving, and will continue for most of the day and it will resume at noon on Saturday. I think that way we get more people attending, and a greater chance to break the record! Hope to see you there!

It sounds like fun, but if there aren't any contests or anything, then what are we going to do? Just chat? Well, I guess that we could talk about how our Thanksgivings went, but what else could we do?

If we need conversation starters for chatting, I'm sure we can come up with something productive like "share the first line from one of your stories for critiques" or "post a character's name and have everyone else describe what essence the name conveys to them." Stuff only writers find fun, you know. ;)

We could maybe have 'Unofficial' contests such as thanksgiving poems or something.

Is this noon on your time, or GST time, or what? :? It's 12:28 here, and no one is on.

Well, it was supposed to be noon eastern, but due to some unexpected events, I was not able to get on. Thanks Shawn for remaining true to HW!

I thought it was noon central... *frowns in an attempt to remember rather than checking*

Oh well, we had fun despite it. Hope to see ya'll some more tomorrow. :D

Don't count on us being there. It's not likely.

Uh, thank you, Elanhil. I may be here, but my life is crazy right now, and I'm doing everything slower... :P
