Eh...now that I read back over this it doesn't seem like it fits the blog. It's just encouragement, and it's kind of short. LOL! Tell me if you think it should even go in there. :P

The End of Nano

It’s over! Nanowrimo, National Novel Writing Month, is finally done. Writers all over the world are getting their lives back after going through a grueling, November quest. The object: to write a fifty thousand word novel without losing sanity!
To those of you who won…
Congratulations! It’s nice to see you in the winner’s circle. Keep up the good work, and enjoying your novel. December is Editing Month!
To those who couldn’t quite finish this year…
There is no magic number that ushers you into the world of incredible writers. The important thing is that you enjoy the journey. Don’t feel left out because you can’t crank out fifty thousand words. Sometimes you need a break from your novel. Sometimes life interferes with word goals. And some people just don’t fit with the rushed writing sprint that Nanowrimo encourages. You can be a gifted writer, changing the world for God’s kingdom without ever finishing a single Nanowrimo.
And to those who never even started, there’s always November 2011! There are good things to be said about National Writing Month, especially learning to write when you don’t feel like it, learning to force yourself through those Museless spots and into the glorious land of inspiration.
Whether you “won” Nano, or couldn’t quite finish, or didn’t even have the time to sign up for it this year, I (insert ‘the forum team’)would encourage you to keep writing! Just because it’s December 1st doesn’t mean this exciting voyage is over! Keep writing, keep coming up with ideas, and don’t give up on the novel you wrote. Edit it! Keep working on it, and see where it takes you.
Looking forward to writing with you next year. Until then, God Bless,

Nessa- She's given up the veil, the vows she'd sworn, abandoned every effort to conform. Without a word to anyone she's gone her way alone, a dove escaping back into the storm.

Nolan- And though I don't understand why this happened, I know that I will when I look back someday, and see how you've brought beauty from ashes, and made me as gold purified through the flames.

Azriel- And who do you think you are, running round leaving scars, collecting your jar of hearts, and tearing love apart? You're gonna catch a cold from the ice inside your soul, so don't come back to me. Don't come back at all...

The Rainbow in the Storm- My Blog

Be careful of your thoughts; guard your mind, for your thoughts become words. Be guarded when you speak, for your words turn into action. Watch what you do, for your actions will become habits. Be wary of your habits, for they become your character. Pray over your character; strive to mold it to the image of Christ, because your character will shape your destiny.

Ideas can germinate from the smallest seeds. Collect those seeds, and let them grow in the back of your mind. You may be surprised by what finally blooms.

When God takes something from your grasp, he's not punishing you. Instead, He’s opening your hands to receive something better. The will of God will never take you where the Grace of God will not protect you.

Works in progress:

The Diegosian Mark, 115,600 words (Preparing for Publication)
The Diegosian Rider, 121,400 words (Finished)
The Diegosian Warrior, 15,000 (In Progress)

Good concept for an article!

I would like it to be just a tad longer though. Perhaps provide a bit more helpful content. Perhaps a bit like this article:

Ok. I edited it. :) Is that a bit better? If it's still too short, I understand.

I liked it--I didn't do NaNo but it was encouraging. =) Just one thing. You started two paragraphs with "To those who..." but then the last paragraph you did "If you never even started NaNo..." Maybe you could adjust that to match the first two?
