I would suggest doing an annual convention (or bi-annual), each time selecting a different location. That way you can just wait for your turn to come around.

We could throw a skype convention up any time if we can all find a time that is mutually agreeable. Everyone could be there and it wouldn't cost much and that way we can all save up for the big one.

That would probably work better, for now. And if a few people lived near each other, they could get together and skype on the same computer.

Honestly guys, in 2016 I will be 21, or almost there. Who knows if I will even be on this forum then? For all we know I could have moved to Ireland then and be joining Dark Admin Lauser and Elanor in the European convention! I think we should probably have two plans then: one in the decently near future (2011-2013) and one "save the date several years in advance" (2013+). Somewhere in there we could also get a Skype conference going.

Would July work for people? I know that's in summer break and people may be visiting family, but raise your hand if any time in July may possibly work for you. I'm thinking here with the proposed plan about the Creation Museum and such.

VBS and my birthday are in June, and we have camp one week in July, so I don't know if either of those would work for me. Not that I could go anytime soon anyway, I'm sure.
