Hey guys,

So I think a big part of Holy Worlds is letting other writers look at what we've written and revise it. While we're doing some of that in "Story Excerpts for Discussion", I think we should have a place to do it more thoroughly. What do you think?

That is generally what we are supposed to be doing in the "Story Excerpts for Discussion" room. We aren't doing a super good job of it, but if we make it clear what we are wanting, then we should be able to use that room more efficiently and turn out some good editing. Does that make sense?

Yes, but I think we need to focus more on that instead of just saying "good job" or not responding.

Agreed. :)

That is what I was hoping my post in there would help with... I have been wanting to do one as an example, but I haven't had the time. So hopefully I'll get that done soon.

Um...that's kind of a problem for me. I'm fine with posting my rough drafts, but I really don't want any of my finished work on the internet...(I'm kind of paranoid about that.;)) Do I need to edit on this forum?

Nessa- She's given up the veil, the vows she'd sworn, abandoned every effort to conform. Without a word to anyone she's gone her way alone, a dove escaping back into the storm.

Nolan- And though I don't understand why this happened, I know that I will when I look back someday, and see how you've brought beauty from ashes, and made me as gold purified through the flames.

Azriel- And who do you think you are, running round leaving scars, collecting your jar of hearts, and tearing love apart? You're gonna catch a cold from the ice inside your soul, so don't come back to me. Don't come back at all...

I was meaning if we're interested in posting it publicly. You obviously don't have to!
