Hi. I'm new to forums (I live in a cave, so I don't see the internet too much) and I was wondering, how do I edit my profile, create a signature, add a picture, hide my real name, etc?

Welcome to the forum! I am glad that you joined even though you are not familiar with the layout. I hid your real name myself, so you don't have to worry about that.

To do the rest of the things that you asked about, go to the link titled 'UCP' at the top of the page. That is the User Control Panel. Then click on the 'Profile' section from there, and you should see a list of things that you can change, including your avatar, signature, etc. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
