After months of painful deliberation, Hannah has made the heart-wrenching decision to pass her honored role of leading the moderators to me.

Well, okay, that's a bit dramatic... Actually, it went more like this...

Hannah: Aubrey.
Me: It's almost curfew! What?
Hannah: It'll be short. I need you to take over the mods.
Me: SQUEE!
Hannah: I told you it would be short.

Paraphrased, but you get the idea.

So what does this mean? It means I'm the new leader of the mods on all three forums. Hannah is still the official group head and my authority, but she has designated me as the main "go-to" - the leader who will be on the boards answering questions, promoting, and running projects with the mods. I have been fulfilling part of this role on HWHF and HWSF for awhile, but I am now taking charge across the board and stepping up to fill Hannah's spot.

In other words, you're supposed to stop bugging Hannah and pester me with questions instead. Work and college are devouring Hannah's time, so she has decided to pass the torch to me because I can be here for y'all. Even when it seems like I've been eaten alive by my current novel, I'm here. If I've fallen behind on the forums and you aren't getting a prompt answer, just PM me. Or email, or FB, or chat, or Twitter, or Skype, or Goodreads, or leave a comment on my blog... If you're so blessed as to have my phone number, you can even use that! Even when I'm behind on the forums, I'm still around on the internet, so don't hesitate to contact me and say "HEY YOU! PAY ATTENTION TO THIS THREAD!"

So, mods, I'm here for whatever you need. And you will not be able to escape me, because you're mine now!

(Don't give me that look!)

*Laughs at conversation between Hannah and Philie*

The Moderators are in very good hands. Thank you for taking on this role, Aubrey. I know you will lead them well.

Oh, that's great, Del! We'll be good for you. We'll behave, right, mods?

Silence.

Right?

"Right!"

So we're not just stuck with you. You are stuck with us.

We the Mods are in good hands and we all know you'll do a great job as head honcho for the greenies. *salutes*

*Smiles* Aubrey, I know personally that you are someone I could talk to about anything at all. I could talk to Hannah about anything, and I know I can talk to you about anything too.
