That is such a hard one, Ceph! But I'm going to go for the second option, because you have the option of getting to know them all over again. :D

Would you rather ride a horse, or ride an elephant. :D

Horse!

Would you rather watch Battlestar Galactica 1978 or Buck Rogers in the 25th Century?

Anything but battlestar galactica!

Would you rather die of gas in WW1 or bombing in WW2?

WW2 bombing. WW1 gas was so cruel, bubbling skin, etc.

Here's a tough one.
Would you rather lose your Mother, or Father?

Would you rather post or chat?

Tough one, I would have to, say chat.

Would you rather, never write again, or never talk again?

Never write again, because you could always speak what you want written to a friend, and they can write it down for you. ;)

Really? I didn't know that. I knew about sharks having the same clenching strength with their mouth as a human does. It's the teeth that does the damage. :P

Would you rather live in a place with freezing icy cold weather and it's winter all the time, or live in a place with extremely hot weather and it's summer all the time?

Freezing cold/winter all the time! The only problem with this is that it would be difficult to raise crops in consistently sub-zero temperature (this is actually part of the reason I sought to invent Coral Trees).

DairyMaid wrote:

I checked it out, and Wikipedia at least does affirm that an adult human can hold a croc's mouth shut. About the sharks--that, I didn't know. Interesting!

Would you rather answer a would-you-rather question or post one?

Would you rather chat over skype (talking out loud) or chat over google talk (So typing not talking).

Depends on what we're talking about.

Would you rather be a Gondor knight under King Elessar and Queen Arwen or a Jedi Knight who survived Order 66 and lives under the reign of the Galactic Empire?

(Me, I'd take Jedi Knight)

Gondorian Knight any day! Our flags are cooler...

Would you rather save the hero or slay the villain?

Save the hero.

Would you rather have a pet dragon or a pet griffin? Did that one get used already?

Locked in a dungeon or trapped in a cave?

Trapped in a cave.

Stuck on a sinking ship or tied to the side of a cliff?

Stuck on a sinking ship. I think you'd have more of a chance - if, that is, there weren't any sharks. ;) :P

Would you rather be shot out of a tall-ship's cannon, or pushed off a cliff?

Pushed off a cliff would be cooler, so I'll choose that one. ;)

Would you rather lose an eye, or an arm?

I'm thinking an eye, since there are more things you can't do with only one arm than those you can't do with only one eye.

Would you rather be stalked by a starving wolf pack or charged at by a grizzly bear?

I would say a wolf pack. I don't think wolves can climb trees - while I can. ;)

Would you rather listen to ten hours of music or read a book for five hours?

Read a book for 5 hours. Music, or too much music, gives me a head ache. I could read all day. :D

Would you rather bake a dessert, or cook a main meal?

Hmmm...maybe phone calls. As long as I had plenty of time.

Would you rather read a comic book with a strong, amazing story and terrible art, or a comic with a weird, senseless plot and amazing, lovely artwork?
;)

Option 2, because a comic book with bad art is a pain to read.

Would you prefer to explore a jungle or a desert?

A desert (as long as I had plenty of supplies), because a jungle has too many bugs. :P

I'm not really sure because I don't know if I wanna know myself that well... :?
I guess I'd rather know myself, I can learn about other people from themselves. :)

Do you prefer big Wham bang action or intriguing/mystifying (right up until someone get's stabbed in the back with a dagger or their wine gets poisoned) sort of action in books? (and is your preference the same for movies?)

I think I'd go with action...for movies and books both, I think. But this also depends on what kind of story/character development is going on. If there was practically no story or character development at all, then action alone is less entertaining than mystery.

Tea. But I'm not overly fond of that, either.

Would you rather...
a)go to one different world (Narnia-style), and be stuck there forever, never being able to go home or see your family again.
b)visit a bunch of different worlds, and come home in between, but never be able to decide where to settle down because everyone is like family.

Well, if you put it that way, b) sounds like the nicer option!

But if something similar came up in real life, I would so be desperately seeking God's direction. Maybe there would be a plan (and perhaps a new family) in the Narnia-world. And I assume I'd be seeing my family again after Jesus comes again.

Would you rather  or o.O ? Justify your choice creatively.

o.O Because it communicates pure craziness-something I feel I have a deep connection to. o.O

Would you rather have a bunch of cool fantasy worlds, or one totally awesome one?

I'd rather have one totally awesome one, because it would probably be pretty big.

Red roses or white?

White roses. Red roses make me think of blood. XD (whereas white roses would be like for a wedding, which is cool. :D)

A week of writer's block, or a broken hand (meaning you couldn't write/type for probably two weeks. Although I managed after a week when I broke my hand, that probably wasn't good for it. XD)?

Good answer. :D

A week of writer's block. I seem to live in it all the time so what's another week? At least I can still worldbuild. ;)

off topic: Amanda, I think Reepicheep would be offended by your signature.

Ipod touch or Ipad (think about how you could use this for your world, which would be more useful)?

iPod Touch! It just generally sounds more practical.

You mean the cute Mouse?

Hmmm.... Wings of a bird or scales like a fish? (yes, they come with anything else needed to use them properly, such as gills)

Wings, I think.

Yes- :x I mean, no! A very noble and brave mouse!

Do you like worldbuilding or writing better (which is more 'fun')?

I like writing better. :D

Would you rather die by being burned to death or freezing to death??

Freezing, that's a comfortable way to go I hear.

Huge continents or little islands as a setting for a large-scale story?

Little islands! Easier to remember locations that way, and opens up the realm of sailing!

Would you rather include space travel or inter-dimensional travel in your world?

Hmm, possibly inter-dimensional.

If you're going to get published, do you wanna be in Christian Fantasy or Fantasy?

Fantasy, easily.

Would you rather be transported to a Wild West fantasy world, or a Feudal Japanese fantasy world?

Wild West Fantasy World hands down!

Would you rather have a broadsword or a katana?

I'd go feudal Japanese---but with a broadsword!!! :D

Image
...although the above is technically not feudal, and technically not a broadsword...you get the idea!

Would you rather read a fantasy novel or play a fantasy RPG?

Read the novel, at least, until I invent my own RPG. :dieshappy:

Would you rather sleep in a hammok on a mammoth tree or on a bed made of forest clutter in a cave?

Probably a cave... because it provides more shelter. In case it rains. It might be a hard bed, but it's better than being wet.

Would you rather be stuck reading the same book without pause until you've finished it twice through, or be stuck writing until you've finished a single draft of a story?

Reading probably-less likely to contract carpal tunnel or however you're s'posed to spell that...

If you got dropped into Middle-Earth, where would you want it to be? (I know this is a bit of a different question format, but I thought it was a good one :dieshappy: )

Mirkwood forest, I find that the best things happen there. :P

Would you rather be stuck in Narnia or Middle Earth?
