I know this isn't a "I'm leaving for now" or a "I'm back" post, but is anyone else having trouble signing in to the site?

The login page keeps spitting me out. :/ That is to say that I can log in, but after about five seconds I'm back at the login page. And repeat.

I managed to circumvent the issue today by clicking on the UCP control before I was returned to the login page, and for some reason that worked.

The successful login page that spits me back to the login has a message at the top:

HW

Is anyone else having this problem? (Was it the lukewarm water that I drank yesterday that is doing this???)

Thank you for your time and your amusement.

I'm trying to stay...I love it here! Please don't kick me out!

I haven't had any problems with signing in, but just now I experienced the same strange header message as yours, above the page that comes up after a post has been submitted. I'm not sure what's going on.

That's what preceded the actual issue. Beware!

This issue has been going on two days now, I contacted Elanor but have received no response.

If I can get the credentials for the FTP, I think I could fix it as I've dealt with these issues before. Otherwise, I guess we just have to wait for someone else to handle it.

Elanor is having it worked on, so it should be resolved soon. :)

The session and utf_tools files are fixed. Something's still up between the headers and functions.php. :P

A big thanks to mborn and anyone else who may have worked on this. :)

I had this experience yesterday, where I couldn't log on for much of the day. I'd log in, see that message/code thing, but when I tried to leave the "You have successfully logged in" page, it would kick me out, as if I wasn't signed in, but I scrolled to the bottom of the page and lo and behold, Balec Verge was signed in and active on the forum.

Haven't had any issues with it since, though.

I contacted our Techy guy (Mborn) who sorted it as soon as he could. :)

I didn't hear from you, Rio, did you message me on here or elsewhere? Either way, I wasn't ignoring you, I just mustn't have received it.

Are the headers still funny for you? They're fixed for me.

I take that back. They seem to be messing up when I send a message. I'll tell Mborn about it. :)

Yes the errors with the posting is what I was referring to when I mentioned the functions.php, hopefully he'll have that resolved just as quickly. :)

I sent an email to you. May have hit your spam or something. Oh well, the issue is resolved. :)

Yay! It works again! Thank you so much, Mborn and Lady Elanor!

I think I read through about half of HW before I found this. Welcome everyone! Glad I could help.
