Hey everyone, I am a user of Art Therapy, whenever I feel stressed out, burned out or just down and out I drawing, write or listen to music. I wanted to see if anyone else here does the same so I might find some new ideas next time the need arises, does anyone have any favored subjects to sketch, paint, write about or maybe even some music ideas?

Thank you in advance and God bless your geeky hearts!

I liked coloring therapy before it was cool. *hipster face*

 No, seriously, I have always loved coloring, and I used to do it while listening to something like Adventures in Odyssey or an audiobook. I haven't had time for it since becoming an adult, though. :P Maybe I should change that...

I recently started colouring; I was finding it hard to wind down and sleep at night. I find colouring really helpful for de-stressing.
