Actually, I've been a member of Holy Worlds for about two years I think, but since I haven't posted a whole lot and my last post was probably last November in the Historical Forum, I thought I should re-introduce myself. :D I have infrequently lurked around, just so I have a general idea of what's going on.

I am currently a published author of four books. Two are children's books for different age groups. The other two are novels, one being a mystery and the other I just have under Christian Fiction, even though it has a mystery element. For the most part, I write Contemporary Fiction, though one of my children's books has an element of Fantasy, since the birds are talking. :D Most of the time, my main characters are homeschooled. I don't think homeschoolers show up in fiction nearly enough and I love to write about them, since that's how I grew up. :D I am currently in the middle of writing a Christmas Mystery that will, LORD willing, be published at Christmastime.

I love music; singing it, writing it, listening to it, playing it on the piano. I also enjoy reading (almost any genre - from technical to fiction, science to history), studying, writing poetry, drawing, children, housework, holding babies, writing essays, dressing in clothes from different eras, blogging, and the list goes on. The only thing that I can think of, at the moment, that I haven't really found much love for is marketing my books. It's just plain hard. :p I'm working on that.

I can be shy at first, which is probably one reason that I disappeared. I have a hard time just jumping in and talking, even on a forum, when I don't know people very well. I'm working on that though. :)

I'm looking forward to, hopefully, being around more! :)

It will be good to see you around the forum, Rebekah! Are any of your songs available for listening online?

Hello, Rebekah! I'm very pleased to meet you. *curtsies* I look forward to getting to know you better! If you ever feel like talking about any random thing, there's usually a crew of people at the chat room. It can be a little crazy, but it's a good way to get to know people. :D

Thank you! Pleased to meet you too! I'll have to try the chat room sometime. It really does sound like it could be fun...

I have to ask; is there a story behind why you have your last name as Picklejuice?
