Hey I have been considering using a pen name, earlier I wasn't sure if I wanted to use one, but I think it would be really cool.

Is that the name you're considering using, Heather? My only thought with that name, is that is doesn't flow too well when you say it out loud; at least it doesn't for me anyway. I love the name Isabelle though.

It is good in that it has a long name and a short name. That tends to work better than doing two long names or two short ones. (Hence why I shortened my middle name to use as my publishing name.) However, I think having the two "L" sounds so close together is a drawback in the pronunciation. That could be fixed I think, if you put a "middle initial" in. Or if you decided you didn't like the last name or something. My half-penny on the subject. XD |
