Hi!
I'm new. I am E's sister Gretchen. I am participating in the birthday coloring contest. I am very interested in coloring animals, baking, and I am also writing a Christian mermaid story! :dieshappy: I am very happy to be on here, I've heard a lot about it from E and it sounds really interesting, so I decided to join! I hope you like my story whenever I post it! I'd love to meet you all!

I really enjoy reading about big cats and sea life!
I am currently reading Jessica Day George's trilogy Dragon Slippers Etc.

oh wow welcome to Holy Worlds. Perhaps you'd like to meet our resident dragon. Recently changed her name to Blue Dragon who I have summoned for you. Love to see what you have written so far. I guess a Christian mermaid story can be classed as fantasy so you're in the right place. Fair warning it can get quite crazy quite fast but we have a great time and i'm sure you'll enjoy yourself. :D

*breaks out the root beer floats with Ben and Jerrys ice cream and cupcakes*

I love baking, I must say I prefer it to cooking savoury food. What do you like to bake? I love making honey buns, chocolate cake, and scones are soo easy to make if you're wanting to whip up something really fast.

I like mermaids...they're so deliciously mysterious in all the legends and fairytales. How far have you gotten on your story?

:shock: you're reading the Dragon Slippers books? I read the first one and I really enjoyed it. Do you like them?
Coloring dragons, huh? Do you draw them yourself and then color them, or is it someone else's drawing that you color?

I indeed am reading dragon slippers and I am just finishing the second book Dragon Flight!
I do draw and color my own dragons!
my favorite author is probably either Danita K. Paul or Jessica Day George.
I worked all day on that dragon picture for the contest.
In my story I am going to name one of my mermaids Salianta.
I like cooking cakes, pies, muffins, and especially Cookies!

I like sea turtles and sea horses a lot. :D One time I got to pet a tiger cub, which was fun. I think my favorite big cat is the lion.

Those are all interesting as well. :cool: I wrote a story inspired by a seahorse picture recently. Would you like to have a pet koi someday? I've known people who had them in ponds.
