Has anyone here ever published Educational material/books?

Could anyone recommend a publishers for someone interested in publishing an educational book for Juniors.

:D That's neat. What kind of educational books would be be looking at writing, Jon?

I'm not looking to at the moment, but my parents are so that's why I'm asking.
