Lacking any better place to put this general comment:

The background picture, while inspiring and all, wreaks havoc on would-be readers' ability to, you know, read the blog. Anything above the bottom third or so of my screen is simply overwhelmed by the light color of the background picture, as is the left half of even that area. I can read the "Theology and Dragons" at the top, and the titles of posts, because they are in a larger and bolder font size, and I can read the "about the author" and everything in that column because of the darker background placed under it, but I can't read the blog's subtitle or any given piece of body text without either selecting it or scrolling the page to find a suitably dark piece of the picture to put under it.

Nice! I followed your blog. I recommend only updating two or three times a week to avoid burnout. Just write a bunch of posts and schedule them. :-)

*nods in agreement with Kessie* However, if you can keep the pace you're going, I see no reason to stop. Your articles have all had a high content-to-word ratio and have been short and more-or-less sweet. The formula seems to be working quite nicely.

And I also agree with Jonathan on that one, bro. A lighter background; maybe a simple background and header would make it easier for folks to read.
