I might take you up on this offer. Does the book have to be completely ready for a cover and formatting or can it be a couple months away yet. I am hoping I will have my book ready sometime in September. I know the cover could be done right now, but formatting will have to wait until I have my deep editing done.

Yes, I can design a cover as soon as certain information (front cover copy, back cover copy, optional author photo and bio) has been finalized. I have another client who has just begun her book, but we're doing her cover now anyway because she knows all those details. The only thing that cannot be completed until final page count is known is the spine.
If the cover is ordered and begun in the month of June, the sale applies even if it's still waiting on the spine until closer to September. It sounds like you probably wouldn't be ready for formatting until after the sale is over. But--shhh, don't tell--I'm probably going to do another sale/price reduction.
