I was wondering, do any of you use a certain software/website to make fonts? I know there are such things out there, but I'm leery of the words, "Download Now!" . After spending $60 for a careless mistake I made to my computer, I'm especially not risking doing something like downloading a virus. . .

It looks fun to make fonts, and I want to give it a try. :) Specifically, I want to make a code that I read in a Redwall book. (Picture attached.)

I haven't come across one yet, but I know of a blogger that takes your handwriting and turns it into fonts: http://www.kevinandamanda.com/fonts/ which you can download after. :)

Yeah, don't listen to the "download now" buttons. :P

Try this! http://www.myscriptfont.com/ You print out the form and write in it, sort of like what Idril said, only you could print the code you have there, and glue them in place on the squares before you scan it back into the computer. Just follow the steps and you should be able to make it. :D

Thanks for sharing that, Bushy! I feel like making my own fonts now. ;)
