That^^ --The date of awesomeness.

Well...hopefully!

In other words, on January 30th, I'm going to take my last Real Estate exam and driving test. If I can pass those, I'll be both a licensed driver and Realtor.

But...all good things comes at a price, right? Or, there ain't no such thing as a free lunch.....

Oh wait. That was economics class. Never mind. Anyways, in order to be ready to take aforementioned tests, I'm going to be busy studying for the next two weeks. Aaaand...that will mean I won't have much time to be around here.

When, I'm not studying, I'll likely be killing my keyboard by over-rigorous typing in an attempt to write, edit, and mail out a newsletter by the end of the month.

So, when you don't see me around, that's what I'm up to.

Thank you all so very much! Your kind comments were an encouragement to me. Due to getting the flu again I'm having to postpone my exam just a little longer. Hopefully I'll be able to take it soon, though. :)

Unfortunately, it's April 1st, so y'all probably won't believe me.

Unfortunately, on top of that, though it is April 1st and y'all probably won't believe me, I am being serious here and would like to be believed.

And so...why am I here, you ask?

First thing is, I'm (finally!) going to be taking my RE exam on April 5th. It's been a lot of planning and rescheduling, but hopefully this time it will happen.

And then, as y'all may have noticed, I haven't been around here much lately. Basically, I don't know when I'll have time to be around, but for the time being, expect me to be absent. Y'all have fun while I'm gone. :)
