I just happened on this video exhortation. It seems to be aimed primarily at "non-fiction" writers, but generally applies just as much to us. I hope to have more to say about it once I've watched it again (after I've slept ... it's after my ideal bedtime here as it is ...), but I wanted to share it with you now before I forget.
