That's awesome that you like writing so much! I'm trying to cultivate that in myself.

So...if you aren't used to writing fiction, what do you usually write? What sort of fiction have you been writing? What genre? Excited to see you around here.

Who are your favorite authors?

I usually write a wide array of random things, just for the sake of improvement and enjoyment. And occasionally, I try writing fiction stories. Mostly fantasy stories since they don't require historical accuracy and such. I'm currently working on a fantasy/adventure/alternative reality novel for Camp Nanowrimo.

Oh my, I have so many favorite authors! J.R.R. Tolkien, C.S. Lewis, Kathy Tyers, Christopher Paolini, Rick Riordan, Ted Dekker, Jane Austen, Charles Dickens, L.M. Montgomery, Agatha Christie--just to name a few.

Greetings and well met, citizens of the Holy Worlds Fantasy Forum! It is a great pleasure to meet all of you! My sobriquet in this fantasy realm is Lady Jemstone, but in the real world, I go by the name Jemimah. I was first introduced to Holy Worlds by my older sister, Alyssa (also known as Idril Aravis Mimetes), although it took a while before I eventually signed up. And that was in June...so this is a very delayed introduction. I'm still trying to figure out my way through this forum. I immensely enjoy writing, and it is a growing passion of mine. Fiction, however, is something that I still have to work on. I have only begun writing little pieces of stories without even bothering to finish them. But I'm looking forward to staying longer and learning from the people here. And by that, I mean you! Thus, this ends my introduction. Have a wonderful day, fellow forum members. Shalom!

I'm doing Camp nanowrimo too, we have a thread for it. Here: viewtopic.php?f=34&t=6714 I like fantasy also, since it's so hard to be historically/realistically accurate in other genres.
