I did have a thread, but it looks like it was quickly tucked away in the archives. So I guess I'll have to start another.

I'm going to be scarce for yet another week due to some personal issues. I will be back, never fear. I may or may not post a little, it depends how things progress here. I hope to be back next week sometime. Once I start feeling better I will be back, but until then I need some time to pray etc.

To the people waiting, namely Jaynin, I will send you what you are waiting for very soon, I promise. Unforseen things have happened which have prevented me from working on 'it'. I may be away from HW, but I'll make sure I do this. To the people still waiting for replies to PMs, I'm so sorry, I will get to replying, just maybe not this week.

Me being 'away' doesn't mean I won't keep up on any of the jobs I'm supposed to be doing (no urgent ones come to mind at present though) and I'm just a PM away if you need me for something, I'll reply.

I just wanted to explain why I will be mainly absent, and not posting much.

I know I haven't been posting much, but we're all on holiday for this and next week. I thought I'd have plenty of time on here, but it turns out we've been doing lots of things altogether, and I haven't had loads of time on the computer. So I am around, but just not posting much, and it will probably stay that way next week as well.

It was a surprise for Nemo (Dr. Cpt. Nemo Banner), but I decided to stick with it because I liked it. It's from the seventies TV show The Incredible Hulk. Dr. David Banner and Dr. Elaina Marks are partners in research.

We're having a great time altogether! I was really in need of the time off, so I'm enjoying the break. Tomorrow we're off to the lakes for the day, so I'll take my camera and try to get some good photos to share.

We ended up not going to the Lakes on Thursday as I had to go to a wedding fayre with Mike's fiance. However, we're hoping to go on Saturday. We were thinking of going today but I had two dogs booked in, however they haven't turned up. So we'll see. We're supposed to get two months worth of rain in the next three days, and it's been throwing it down all morning. So we might end up staying at home.

Whatever you end up doing, I hope you have a nice time.

I've been enjoying myself so much, It's been ages since I've had a holiday with Dad and Mother for two whole weeks, so it's been really nice.




We have had more rain this summer than possibly imaginable. It's annoying. You can have as much of it as you like.

We have had less rain than usual. When you have sand as your only soil and are trying to keep a garden alive, let alone grass, it is very hard. We have a sprinkler running all the time in different sections of the garden.

I guess so. I had a nice break during the hols, I just relaxed a lot, so I guess I haven't felt so busy these past two weeks.



It's nice to be back. Yes, thankfully I am not clipping these ones, I once had to bath, dry and clip two male ones and it took me over 9 hours. I was shattered by the time I'd finished them hehe. But I have no clipping to do on these two, and they're girls so they're a bit smaller. Hopefully it won't take me as long as I have to get to Rachel's graduation later on. Another groomer reckoned it would take me 4 hours per dog, but I'm hoping to do it a little faster.

That makes sense. Glad you got to have a break though, and hope you're able to get back into ultra-busy mode without much trouble.

Actually, the Newfies were cancelled last minute, as they were unwell, so I did other things yesterday instead. I haven't been well today at all, so should have plenty of time to catch up on HW.

I've been able to brainstorm all about my new plot for my book though, so it's been great! I'm a lot better already, it was just this morning I wasn't well really. Spent the morning in bed.
