Hello!

I am Her Serene and Royal Highness Princess Amethyst Alexandra Augusta Araminta Adelaide Aurelia Anne. Or the Ordinary Princess. Or simply Bek. Take your pick.

I am here because of BushMaid's superior skills of persuasion... and also my love of books and a good chat. But I have a confession to make... *takes a deep breath*... the only writing I do is in my diary and random scribblings in random notebooks. And on my blog. That is all.

Other than that, I love photography, music, dancing, crafts, quotes, smiley faces and exclamation marks. I use the latter two in excess, and the only complaint I have with HW is that I can only use 9 (or was it 7?) smilies.

I am the eldest of 8- six sisters and one brother! We all have been/ are being home schooled. I have completed my formal education, and work at Spotlight (a craft/ fabric/ home decorating store).

I am looking forward to meeting you all, and thank you so much for the lovely welcomes I have received. Totally made my day!

Welcome Ordinary Princess! Though, I am sure you are far from ordinary. I just want to say, it's OK that you don't write! I don't write as much as many of the other people on here, but I still enjoy myself. We have areas dedicated to art and book discussions, too!

I really love photography too. (You can check out some of the photos I took when I visited Melbourne and Alice Springs in February/March in the Arts Guild.)

Music is wonderful! Especially when aiding those lacking present inspiration. I always listen to music when I write.

*bows* This is surely a most joyous occasion to have one such as yourself arrive in this -- the most splendiferous of all forums. I believe a feast is in order. *claps hands and leprechauns respond bringing in tables, chairs, fine tablecloth, candles, utensils, several courses of food, and a few fantasy weapons to serve as table decorations* (Sorry about that, we ran out of table decorations. )
