I know there's certain people to approach about this sort of thing, but I couldn't figure it out right now and I had to say what I have to say: I just saw someone I know on facebook...they are from a very conservative family and they sound like they have despaired (and he cussed in the process, which says something about his desperation).
It sounds like he is starving for grace, and only the grace God gives, he needs it and he evidenced that in his fb status-even though he didn't say anything like that at all...he basically said he couldn't "do anything right for God, my family,..." It's heartbreaking to see him try to survive without relying on God's neverending grace and mercy. Please pray that God would show himself to him, and bring him in as his own son. Please pray that God might even use my pathetic attempt at preaching the Gospel in a short comment to open his eyes to the fact that he really can't "do anything right"
on his own, but that he needs God's help to do it.
