I live about thirty minutes from San Antonio, but regrettably, I won't be at the festival. But tell us how it is and whether or not you find each other! (and I'm planning on going next year)(And Bard, everyone in Texas wears either a fedora or a stetson. I don't think that would help. |

Last year at the festival there was a shocking lack of both styles of head gear. (Though stetsons for some reason seem rather popular in Texas |

Phylis Patschske wrote: Though I do have a question for all ye Film Festival people - about how many films are usually judged? Are they divided according to length? They are divided according to length sometimes, and sometimes category, though those somewhat go together. They have short films, documentaries and feature films, as well as some promotional media. Typically they have something like fifty films. |

Fidle wrote: Weel, maybe next time. I hope so! Quote: I did! It was incredibly inspiring. And Courageous totally deserved to win. What was your favorite part of the festival? Yes, it really did deserve it! I was quite glad it won, it is truly a wonderful film. My favorite part was just visiting and networking with people, having meals with new and old friends, and meeting some good internet friends in real life for the first time. The people are always the most wonderful part, for me! But I saw a few films, and they were good! The quality is getting immensely better every year. |
