| Many HWers I've noticed own their own businesses, or they work for a family business, or something along those lines. I was curious to learn more about them, so I decided to start a thread on it. So. Do you own a business? What kind? What do you do? Do your parents/family have one? Do you have plans on starting one in the future? Technically, I suppose my family's band would be a business, so I guess I work for my parents as their guitar player and one of their main singers. Also, I want to start a business with my Graphic Arts one day. Also, Terra and I have sort of discussed starting a Publishing Company, though that may not take off, as it was just speculation. But it could happen. | |

| Kinda-sorta. I'm working on creating custom-made first-aid kits, made entirely of US components. The project (which also includes me reviewing US and Ally-made flashlights, knives, etc.) is called: "GearQuest." God bless, Joel ><>. | |

| Um.... sortof. It's not very official or anything, but I do filmmaking and videography under His Story Studios (a division of The Anchor Group). I've made a handful of films on my own and have filmed things for other people. I need a website badly, that's one of my new year's resolutions. | |

| *Nods* I am a dog groomer, fully qualified. (I just like saying that ) I have started up my own business, which is called Looking Bonnie. I can get anything from 2 - 6 dogs a week at present, so I work part time as well at a nearby shop. My business is set up from home, I am not really interested in having a big parour set up, but I do need something a little bigger as I get busier, so we shall see where God leads me. | |

| I have a small film making business. (I don't have a business license yet though since I haven't made enough money off of it.) Also I work for my father's Surveying business. | |

| Nope. My family has a farm though, which is set up as an LLC, so that could count. | |

| I watch the neighbors' llamas. But seriously, I'm working on setting up more active pattern sales through Ravelry and maybe renting a booth at the local flea market come summer to sell some of the little crafts I make. It will probably only be a supplemental business though. | |

| Nope, I don't have one. Though me and a few friends want to start a band or independent film-making business. | |

| Starting a business is one of the many things I dream about, have made a half-hearted attempt at, and failed. But...still dream about. So I'm thinking about selling paracord survival bracelets someday, and I'd also like to do photography, but that will have to wait til I have a camera... I guess I'm sort of just planning on starting one some day. | |

| Ooh, ooh, my sister just started a home business! It's an Etsy shop called "KnitsyBits". (Cute name, no?) So far, she sells hand-punched, customize-able jewelry, handmade baby doll clothes, and vintage sewing patterns, all at very good prices. She intends to introduce new items as she gets them made, and I highly recommend her. Here's a teaser photo of one of her necklaces: Attachment: And here's the link to the shop: http://www.etsy.com/shop/KnitsyBits | |

| *stalks patterns* *does not find one for a great coat* So many patterns I find are for dresses, especially when I'm looking for stuff for Living History. | |

What do you think for the name? By Reason Of Insanity or Flamethrower? (name is just an attention grabber not a reflection of our music) | |
