My family is going to be hitting the road in January. :D We've sold our house, and now live in a bus. (Affectionately known as Benny. ;) )

So, that said, we'll be all over the US.

So, I want to be able to meet up with as many HWers as physically possible. :D Here's our plans, so far, for 2012:

January – South Texas
February – Arizona to Colorado
March – East Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana
April – Louisiana and Alabama
May – Missouri, Oklahoma and Kansas
June – Colorado
July – Wyoming, South Dakota
August – Iowa, Indiana
September – Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee
October – Virginia
November – North Carolina, South Carolina
December – Florida

All these locations are tentative.

So...do any of you live in these areas? :D (And for those of you who don't, there's always 2013, and 2014, Lord Willing. We'll go as many places as we can. We're even getting Passports, so we can go to Canada. And maybe in the years ahead Europe and other places...maybe...hopefully...)

I live in South Central Kentucky, a skip, hop and a jump from the TN border. We go to Nashville every other week. We also own 54 acres of land, so if you needed a place to park that bus I could probably get permission for you to park here. (I know you don't have travel plans worked out yet, but people I know who do things similar are always looking for free and friendly places to stop, so when you get to that part of your planning feel free to give me a holler!)

Definitely keep us updated as you drive around all those wonderful places!

I'm in Ohio, but I'm up near Columbus.

Living in a bus sounds interesting. Definitely something you could write about. ;)

Chances are you'll have to travel through Georgia on your way to Florida... Perhaps some of us Georgians down here can try to get together with you?

And we're in Texas! Tonight we'll be staying about an hour away from one of my most favorite cities. San Antonio. :cool: Right now we're...actually, I don't know where we are. :P On a highway, somewhere. At a Rest Stop that happens to have internet. That's all I know. :P

We're making our way down in the South Padre and Corpus Christi general area. :D
