I hope this is a good place to put this little story...

Once upon a time, a gentleman joined HolyWorlds. He was kind, a great writer, encouraging, always positive, and he loved God with all his heart so that the love of Christ always shone through him. Before too long, none of the members could imagine HolyWorlds without him.

This gentleman's name was Jonathan Garner. One day, a member of the kingdom noticed that it had been almost a year since he had joined, and she decided to make a special thread on his HolyWorlds "birthday" to thank him for all he had done for her and for the other HolyWorlders, and to wish him many more happy years in the kingdom.

And all HolyWorlders lived happily ever after.

The End. :)

This is a wonderful idea, Grace! Thanks for letting me know it was here; I don't read all of GD so I might have missed it! :o

It's appropriate the birthday glitter is still falling, isn't it? ^_^

Jonathan, to me the day you joined HW was special not because the day itself was anything to speak of, but because, looking back a year later, we can see how much God had planned for you on HW. He has used you so much through connections that were made via HW, connections that might not have been made otherwise. Would we even be friends if it weren't for HW? Maybe not.

Just a day or so after I joined HWSF he sent me a long, kind PM asking about Firmament, and his interest meant so much to me, as the project was dragging just then. :D

What a wonderful thoughtful thing for you to do, Aniese! It's really helpful to those of us who aren't quite on top of the anniversary thing :rofl:

Anyway, Jon, congrats on making it!! In fact, not only have you "made it" through one year of insanity on Holy Worlds, you've "made it" a better place, with your maturity (mostly... :rofl: ), big-brotherlyness, encouragement, dark tales, love of food, and much more :D :D God bless as you make it for years to come!!
