Aniese, you have been a tremendous blessing since day one, setting an example in every post you made. You focused on edifying with your words, and challenging when necessary. Those are two key traits I look for in an HRM. Someone who understands when to challenge someone, when to edify, and how to do both at the same time. You allow your convictions and beliefs to show, but never force them upon others. You use your creative energy to help further other people’s ideas, and you take special care to make sure your posts are without error.
For all these things and more I am happy to promote you to HRM. Welcome to the Purple Ducklings, my dear friend. *rubs hands together eagerly * You were supposed to get promoted last week, but things fell apart around here at home, so now I have the pleasure of promoting you this week, amidst all the birthday celebrations (not intentional).
