Nemo, your conscious effort to portray the attributes of an HRM, even as an unringed, has been a blessing to many. We honor your actions and words by promoting you to the honorary title of HRM. You were actually scheduled to be promoted next week, but due to your stellar posts yesterday during the celebrations, and your reminder to post quality while still having fun, has moved your promotion up. We would like to give you this promotion today, amidst all the fanfare of the celebration.

May you continue to serve with humility and maturity. Striving towards improving the forum and its members through your actions. You shall hear from me soon. :D

I moved this in here, because who's going to pay attention anywhere else? ;) And since it is a birthday celebration... Many, many, many thanks to Airianna for humouring me.

See, it's like this. I'm going to be serious for a moment, so put down your smileys and glitter and listen to me for a minute. It's like this. Ever since the day she joined Captain Nemo was a leader. She's helped out newbies, she's stood up for what she knows is the right thing. She's understood that fine line between celebrating and foolery. In her own words: "I am not a council member, nor a mod, nor a marcher lord, nor even an editor" but she has the heart of a true member of Holy Worlds; the kind of insight that us Marcher Lords and Council Members try to sustain.

Captain Nemo has proved herself worthy and above worthy of our gratitude and honor. She has gone above and beyond what is expected. It is our honor to recognize that fact. See, being an Honor Roll Member doesn't just mean having a purple ring and a purple name. It isn't a fancy color, or title, or mean that you're more important. What it means is that you went out of your way to be exceptional; to uphold the values we hold so dear. It is a symbol of our recognition and appreciation of that.

Nemo, for everything you've done, for everything you will do, thank you. You make the life of a Council Member that much easier. :D
