*wonders why it took him so long to start this thread* :P

I love the Legend of Zelda games and I've never found someone as obsessed with the games as I am. I could go on and on about them (some of you know what I'm talking about) (and I pity every last one of you :P ).

I've beaten: Link's Awakening, Oracle of Ages. Oracle of Seasons, Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, Wind Waker, The Minish Cap, and Twilight Princess.

I've played all of the above and: The Legend of Zelda (got stuck after the first dungeon :P ), The Legend of Zelda II: The Adventure of Link (played a few minutes of it and left disgusted), A Link to the Past (very good, unfortunately I got stuck (at the 7th temple I think) and never picked it back up), and Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks (a friend had the games but I never got to finish them).

I hope to learn to read/write/speak Hylian someday. (btw Does anyone know if Nintendo every developed that into a full language?)

I know there must be other LoZ lovers out there.
Here's where we can talk about the awesomeness! :dieshappy:

*Chuckles* That was funny, Andrew!

I have never played them, Sui. I have seen them but never bought any. I have a DS player but these days I don't go on it much.

I've played Twilight Princess, I enjoyed it very much (Until my little siblings scratched it that is). It was one of the best games I have ever played. I miss it now.....*sniff sniff* :'( :'(

I haven't played any but after you posted that song in chat and I listened to it's epic catchiness four dozen times I have greatly considered consulting GameStop on the matter.

*nods* I understand that. I don't play much video games any more myself since I joined HW and started writing again. :D

I had the same problem. After wondering for awhile I managed to find the and complete the first dungeon, but I couldn't find the second dungeon. :P
Someday I need to get an online walk-through...

I recommend trying some of the other ones though. Especially, A Link to the Past, Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, and Twilight Princess.

That particular song is from Twilight Princess, but I recommend checking out any of the ones I pointed out to Joe.

To my sorrow, the only ones I've finished are Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks - the two I have for DS. I got about half-way through the N64 version of Ocarina of Time before I had to return it, and then when I got my own copy the text-scrolling speed was so slow compared to what I've gotten used to on newer systems that I didn't get very far. I'll probably get the new edition for 3DS once I actually get a 3DS. ~_^

As for Twilight Princess, I got as far as the Gorons, set it down for a year, then started over. Then stopped again, due to time constraints. It's a lovely game - I need to get back into it.

I don't know what one I played :? but my younger brother, sister, and I used to all the time. It was a fun game, but I don't have the patience to try long enough to get through levels. For awhile we had a joint account and took turns playing. That was good for me, because my little brother wouldn't give up. :D I don't really play much video games anymore though. :P

You might want to look into emulators and ROMs.
With them I've played The Legend of Zelda, A Link to the Past, Link's Awakening, Oracles of Seasons, Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, and The Minish Cap.
Emulators are especially helpful in obtaining games that work on platforms that are impossible to find anymore.

I do play a couple of games; but I mod them so I just go on to mod now not play, if that makes sense. I can't find any DS games that grab my attention for very long; and I agree, Sui, I haven't been on anywhere near as many since I came on Holy Worlds. :)

I'll probably try to get back into Twilight Princess before looking into ROMs, but thanks for the advice!

Cool! I want to learn how to mod! :D

Once I become an expert (if I become an expert  ) I'll get into my Ocarina of Time ROM and add some fun side quests. :D
