Greetings. I haven't been around for a spell because that pesky thing called life continues to intervene, and no matter how I try to reason with it, it never seems to leave me alone. I am the proud father of a new baby by named Gabriel Benjamin Curtis as of July 6th. He joins his twin sisters Mabel Rose and Lorna Elaine to fill my quiver a little more full.
Furthermore, Andurun.com is up and running, but in a primal form presently, complete with a blog, contact form and forum for future chit-chat. I will showcase up and coming work, info about Andurun's lands, peoples, monsters, history, etc. I will also post stories I have written that are not related to Andurun; that includes other authors. So if you have a story you want posted elsewhere, I would be happy to post it on my website's blog. Just contact me via the contact page and I will read through anything someone sends me. If I like it, I will post it, and you may afterward send me future works if you wish.
My hope is to share my trials and tribulations on world building as well, which I will primarily do in the forum. Book 5 is well underway in the writing process, I am looking to publish book 2: Dragonmarch, and book1 is heading toward a kindle near you soon (I hope!) When it launches on kindle it will be free for the first month, I'll post again when that happens.
My friend and sister in Christ, Heather Leo, is battling cancer. She underwent surgery, did not get the cancer entirely, and now faces chemo, radiation, and a long recovery period. Please pray for her.
It has been a busy couple of months, and now I will likely vanish again since my wedding anniversary is around the bend, four birthdays, a wedding with me as the best man, and more will be finding me in the next month. Ahh! Life is attacking and I think it's winning! Well...at least I can't honestly say I'm bored. Yours in Christ, Ian T Curtis.
