Post subject:  Hiiiii everybody!
Hey guys! So I'm new. (Yeah, I know. Surprise, surprise. . . .) And I LOVE writing. Especially fantasy/sci-fi. The same genre I love reading. :dieshappy: Sooo yeah, I love writing, and I've done a lot of it but have never done anything with it and probably never will. I love writing because of its artistic beauty and because it's fun and because you can be creative and because you can create your own world, characters, and beautiful ending. (<--And yeah, total run-on sentence there.)
I also love music. I adore listening to it, singing it, playing it. And like writing, I only play/sing for artistic beauty/enjoyment, not performance. ^_^
And I also love my God, my main inspiration. He's given me so much, worked out so many areas of my life, and stayed with me through the good and the bad. (:

So yep, that's a little bit about me. Can't wait to get to know you all!

Piano and guitar mainly. I used to play violin, and I did the oboe a little. (:

Hello, Gwen. :D Welcome to HW. We are a crazy group, but around here, crazy is the new normal, so seat yourself, and prepare for quite a performance. However, before you become a full fledged HWer, you must first be sprinkled with my glitter! :D


How are your books coming along? Do you have an aspect of writing that frustrates you the most?

Hey! Haha, saawweeeetttt 'cause I like glitter. And there seems to be a lot of it around here. :D

Haha, weeelll, my books have actually been neglected for a loonnnggg time (tragic, I know) because I've been super busy since the beginning of the year. But now I think I'm settling into the slow part of summer so I hope to get back to writing. Anndd as for a part of writing that frustrates me the most . . . umm, probably writer's block. 'Cause I don't write unless I feel inspired to most of the time. XD

Howdy! Glad to have you here! Take a cupcake and make yourself at home! :D If you get lost, run into any vicious beasts, or have trouble breathing with the glitter, just holler. ;)

I think we can convince you to finish your stories. ;) We're also pretty good at breaking writer's block! :D (Try the button up there that says "chat.")

Hey there Gwen, and welcome to Holy Worlds! *applause blasts from random corners of the HW universe* I'm sure you'll love it here, since you're joined by so many fellow writing-lovers and musicians :D . I just got back from Interlochen Arts Camp, which is very well know for music {I went for creative writing, though}. It's amazing how many multitalented musicians were there!

Oh, and as for my many alieses, they are: Dawn, Estar, Even, Evenstar, Star, and late-for-dinner. Call me anything you like! *shakes hands and bows while swirling cape*

I apologize for being a little late, but I just returned from summer camp. :D I love your name, by the way! Why did you decide to use that one? Is there a special meaning to it?

I'm so glad that you're here to work on developing your writing and using it to glorify God. He is also my main inspiration for the story that I am writing now. :D You will find that this is a community full of writers using their gifts to glorify our amazing Father and Creator.

Anyways, if you have any questions, feel free to ask! Also, we have a thread for new members in the Q&A forum. It's pretty easy to spot, so feel free to take a look at it and ask questions there, too.

Umm, my name came from one of my favorite characters from one of my favorite books. I love it too. (:

The piano is ammaaazzziinnnngg. I love just sitting down and playing . . . and playing . . . and playing . . . whatever I feel like playing at the time. :D
