Hello everyone! 

It was suggested that I introduce myself, so here I am. :)

Well, I love to write (I get the feeling most in here do), I absolutely devour books (in a good way, I assure you), I have a weird and slightly random sense of humor (you may figure that out presently), I love to make up words (I may even have to translate my own posts for you - let me know), and I am very, very glad to be here. :D Here in Australia, it is rare to find a writing convention or similar animal that leans towards Christian fantasy or fiction. So I think I shall be very happy here, as it is the closest collaboration I have with similar writers. 

Writing-wise, I tend to write more historical fiction than any other sort - I have an obsession with history. But I really love trying my hand at different genres. I find it hard to decide. 

Just in case you wanted to know, I also have a thing for scary movies. 

Judging from the posts I've read so far, you're all a rather talented bunch. I can't wait to get to know you. :)

It sounds like you're going to fit in quite well to Holy Worlds!

An obsession with history? Hurrah! With my previous history classes, I could get a little obsessed with specific topics for my research papers, so if you have any questions about Elizabeth I, feel free to ask! :dieshappy: To add onto my love of history, I also love historical fiction! I haven't attempted to write any, but I love reading it! Ever heard of Carry on, Mr. Bowditch!? Excellent historical fiction.

Welcome aboard. I look forward to your future posts! I like historical fiction myself, but I particularly enjoy folk-tales.

Which is why it's so nice to have an Aussie on the forum! (pronounced "Ozzi," right?) Cheers for diversity. I'll be asking about Australian folk-tales later.

Well, I wanted to be the one to introduce you to the historical fiction forum but I guess you don't always get what you want. Welcome to HW! I hope we shall see some of that historical fiction sometime soon! Good to see another Austrailian here! Here have some welcome cake!!

Mmm, books, yummy. *smacks lips* (No worries, you're not the only one with a strange sense of humor around here.) ;)

I've also really enjoyed the forum's community. I'm the only one out of my local friends who writes, so I find this to be a great outlet for my writing needs. ^^

I really love historical fantasy as well. I will most likely be joining the Historical forum when it comes out as well as staying active on HW Fantasy. :D

I'm afraid scary movies...scare me, but my brother's a fan of them. ^^

*whispers to Em* I really am afraid they're going to overwhelm and scare off some new user one of these days. But it doesn't look like you're the one. ;)

Anyway, welcome! From reading your posts I want to get to know you better already, particularly your prologue. Wow. And you might as well know that we are nickname people so it looks like you're going to be called Em. So if you want it changed speak now or forever hold your peace! :rofl: (Since Intros and Promos is where all nicknames and insults are solidified, anyway. Talk about an odd sense of humor. ;) )
