Well, I do not use self-hosted wordpress but that is what my personal website, which I am setting up this summer will be using. I anticipate replies to this thread

I have heard a lot of good things about the power of WordPress for building blogs and basic websites. However, to access a lot of that power, you need to host WordPress on your own server. Who here has experience with self-hosted WordPress? What do you like about the arrangement? Anything you don't like? Can you share a link to your website so that we can see what you've done with it? Do you use WordPress alone, or is WordPress integrated into a bigger site? For hosting, what provider do you use? Are you happy with the rates and service? |
