I would think there's some out there. The only one that comes to mind for me is Touched by an Angel. It's an older series, but very good.  Edit: Sorry, I missed the fantasy part for some reason. XD Either way, there doesn't seem to be many Christian TV shows in general, but I have seen/heard of Christian movies. |

I actually don't know of any secular fantasy shows.... lol... The ones I hear about are science fiction. Stargate, Star Trek, Doctor Who, No Ordinary Family, etc. Haven't heard of any fantasy shows. And I know why there probably are no hardcore fantasy Christian tv shows -- the market for Christian tv is fairly small (lots of us don't get cable!) and fantasy is major expensive. Ditto for sci-fi. (I believe the budget on a single episode of SG-1 is something north of 100K, though I don't have any good references on that) I'm okay with that though... fantasy/sci-fi doesn't have to be labelled Christian for it to be good, IMO. Lord of the Rings being a prime example there. <grin> That does, however, pose a definite problem if I ever want to get a budget for a tv show myself... <grin> |

I haven't heard of any Christian fantasy TV shows. It's sad, really. It's probably due to those being in little demand (at least, for the general unsaved public, and the point,which Melody Kondrael has pointed out already, that most of us don't get cable) and the fact that creating ANY fantasy is not cheap. Some fantasy series are made into mini series, as to save money. So, they don't have Christian fantasy shows, at least, that I know of. But there are Christian movies. and you can always curl up with a good book
