Eh heh.

Yeah.

So, as I've noted to people in chat, I've become a responsible adult.

I have a job.

It's gonna take up a good 8 hours of most of my days from now on... so... forums kind of take second place to the other things I'll have to do when I get home.

But I'll be here as much as I can. <smile>

As a side note... shameless plug for the etsy shop of the store I work at which I just updated this afternoon:

Haha, thanks, Jonathan. I'll do my best. I'm afraid I haven't read as much as I should've in recent weeks even without the job, though... :(

Getting a job:

Yay! *throws tacos in the air while singing* Mel got a jo-ob, Mel got a Jo-ob, Mel got a Jo-ob! Yay for Melody!

Not being here as often:

*sniffles and silent sob* Okay... :'(

That would be what is a called a bittersweet post...or...sweetbitter...hmm.

Congratulations on the job, Melody! I'm sure you'll do an awesomazing job at it (no pun intended). We will miss you dearly, though. *hugs and sniffs*

Thanks, guys. :)

Today I have off. :) So I'll be around a bit more today, though I have a big stack of writing-related stuff to catch up on (offline mostly). :)

Kaitlyn - It's going quite well, I think. The boss has a cute little girl who follows me around a lot. <grin> and I get to run her etsy shop and write descriptions and she likes the names I come up with for her pottery collections. XD I get to be creative. At the same time, I get to do things like clean off glaze bottles and scrub labels off glass bottles for her melting projects.... boring stuff.... but it's not so bad. <grin> And I work with customers, which can be a lot of fun. I'm learning to work the cash register so it won't beep at me. Hehehehehe.... :)

PotK -- aww, it feels fuzzy to be missed. XD

Now that sounds like my kind of job ;) Creativity, internet time, and I get to talk to people! I could get paid for that :D

Congratulations Melody. We'll miss you, but sometimes the more busy we are the more stuff we get done. I'm sure you'll be around.

Hahaha, Kaitlyn, it's not like I get to do anything **but** Etsy on there -- NO HW -- except Grooveshark. I get to pick the music sometimes to put over the speakers! <grin> On Saturday I did the scores from Inkheart, Hachi, and Stargate (film and tv shows) <grin>

Thanks, Timotheus. Yeah, I'm hoping that my productivity will actually go up b/c of the busyness.... <grin>
