Ok, so I thought we could have a thread where we can share recipes; rare, unusual or everyday recipes. One of my favourite recipes is our angel delight crispy cornflake cake! So has anyone else got recipes to share? |

That treat sounds delicious! I can't wait to try it. I love to cook, but I don't have a lot of recipes that are my own; most of them come from cookbooks that I find at the library (I really, really recommend Teens Cook and Teens Cook Dessert, by Megan and Jill Carle). If you want, I could post some of my favorites from them, and cite the book. |

Cooking can be fun, especially the impromptu kind. So one day mom calls and tells me her and the other kids decided to eat out after Band. So I have to fix myself lunch. Anyway, I get the leftovers of Mom's really good chicken pot pie, and I throw them in a frying pan, along with a bunch of butter and cheese. So I melt the whole thing down into a delectable goop, and then I put it on two tortillas, which I wrap up, and I have two nice super-fried-butter-overdosed-cheesy-chicken-pot-pie-burritos. Serve with Chips and Dr. Pepper and you're set. |

It's so delicious Eli, we made it for a friend the other day and she said the next night she had a dream about it, and woke up craving some. Haha! |

I luv my pumpkin bread... it won best of category, best of class, and $10 in the fair when I was nine (I think). But then I sorta lost the recipe. |

A lot of good things taste weird when turned into soups, and a lot of weird things taste good in soup. |
