Hello,
My real name is Elsa (I go by the same username on the Rebelution forums) and I'm in middle school and have been homeschooled since Kindergarten. I have four younger sisters, two parakeets and a cat. I love music, writing, horses and animals. I am not a very good writer, but I'm hoping to become better. I have made up tons of characters but never seem to be able to come up with story-lines. I am currently working on creating a world with my younger sister. We still have a long way to go, but we are having fun. :D

Welcome, Alethea/Elsa, if you want to be a better writer, I think you have come to the right place. I know that I have learned quite a bit in the few months since I joined.

Welcome!

Ooh, you're making your own world? Sounds pretty awesome. I'm trying to come up with one myself. Let us know how it goes :)

Hope you have fun here!

OK, you may have noticed that I changed my username... which name do you like better? My username will be the name of my main character.

Here are the names:
Alethea (pronounced al-eh-thay-ah) means truth in greek
Alaethea (al-ay-thi-ah) emphasis on second syllable.

Please vote! :D I'm indecisive between these two names, so I need some help deciding.

I think I like the spelling and the sound of the second one best.

I personally love any names with "ae" in them... although I have no idea why.

:D Me too! I remember when I got an old typewriter a while back... the ink ran out pretty quick but not until I wrote a few pages of a story, the main character was named Aethal... I wonder where those pages are now...

Welcome, Alaethea! I've only been here a couple weeks and I'm already learning a lot. From what I've seen of you, you look like a pretty capable writer to me. I LOVED your unicorn description. Glad to find someone else who likes horses! :)

P.S. I, too, vote for the second name.

Wow. I'm odd.:) I prefer the first one. It's true that 'ae' is a really nice vowel combination, but Alethea is easier for me to remember and spell.;) Plus it has an absolutely WONDERFUL meaning!

Yeah, I started with Alethea and then couldn't resist popping in an ae. :D

(My mom is Greek, so when I heard the word alethea I asked her what it meant. And I liked it and thought it would be a good name for a female character.:D)

OK, I changed my username again. It was too confusing for me to share a name with one of my characters, even if mine was spelled differently than hers. You may call me Evening, Evensong, Eve or Elsa.

Evening L. Aspen is my pen name, in case you're wondering. :D
