I know on a site this cool there have to be others as obsessed with the Tudor Dynasty and its effect on England as I am. Right? Please?

So, let's squee! Share theories! Debate! As long as there's nothing along the lines of "Anne Boleyn was guilty..."
Kidding. Sort of.

I shall exhibit my daftness by saying I don't know who Anne Boleyn is. :D

Tudor times remind me of the book "Catherine, Called Birdy".

Awww, I was really looking forward to that debate. I spent all night last night preparing arguements. Ah well. Anne is always fun to think about. And I'll probably write up my arguements anyway.

As for A in W, it also so alludes to the Wars of the Roses. Painting the white roses red, red and white queens and kings, absolutely yes. I would've squeed myself into oblivion if we had seen Alice leaving some of the petals on the red roses white, but I guess you can't have everything in life.
I guess that means all the people who make Alice in Wonderland movies where the white queen is the "good" one are York sympathizers. XD
The next report I do, I'm so connecting A in W to the Wars of the Roses.

Bush, Anne Boleyn was Elizabeth I's mommy, who was beheaded on false charges by Henry VIII. And yes, I am a total hardhead when it comes to Anne Boleyn.

I don't have a whole lot of respect of Anne Bolyn, although the charges probably were false. That's mostly because I feel so sorry for her predecessor.

I know far more about King Henry VIII than I ought, and a fair bit about the War of the Roses. Most of my knowledge of the War of the Roses comes from Shakespeare's histories though, so you might not be able to trust me. :P

I'm not exactly obsessed, but I do know a great deal. :D
