(That was Chinese ;) )
Anyway, Hi everybody! I'm really excited about this forum and writing on it, discovered it through therebelution.com. Have posted a few things already, but thought I'd formally introduce myself.
A bit about me:
My username, Eruwaedhiel, is elvish for Elizabeth, my real name. :D I love to write (do a little every day ;) ) Some of my other hobbies are: Reading (obviously), Horseback Riding, Drawing. I'm homeschooled and in seventh grade, hoping to at least write something worth reading!

Ni hao! It's awesome to see another person who is interested in Mandarin! (I'm trying to learn, but pin-yin is really hard for me.;)) Welcome to the forum! It's great to see younger writers joining here, and I can't wait to read some of your stories.:D

And you knew I was younger...how?

Anyway, if anyone is wondering why I put "Yes" as my answer for the "Are you a published author" question on my profile, it came from this site:

http://www.girlshorseclub.com/blog/2009-fiction-competition-winners/2009/09/12/

It's not quite up to par with what I'm writing now, but it was thrilling to participate all the same! Take a look at the winners! *beams* My entry was Fire in the Vale.

*blushes*

I've published one story in a magazine (Nature Friend Reader's Issue) and I am entering a couple stories in a contest this month. Hope that goes well.

That was a really neat story! Very well written. It was a lot better than I would have written at that age. :)

Aw, thanks! :D I actually have Venna playing an important part (not sure what yet... but it's important!! ) in the story I'm working on now. Funny, cause I never knew there was actually going to be more!

Welcome, Lady Eruwaedhiel! It's great to have you here! I hope you enjoy this forum and learn from it. :) It is a great community of writers, most of them slightly crazy, but that's okay. :D

That is neat that you have been published! I, like Sir Emeth, have also been published in Nature friends... once it was a poem, the other time an article about Red Shouldered Hawks, along with some pictures. :) It is cool to see something you wrote in print, isn't it?

Well, Merry Christmas, and see you around!

In Christ Alone,
Carissa aka Duchess Daisy aka The Editor :)

I was published online for winning a story contest... but I'm not sure if that counts since was only on for a few months!
