A new Moderator has surfaced for all to congratulate! Philadelphia has graced this forum with leadership, humility, and thoughtfulness for the entire time she has been here. As such, her maturity is being repaid right here and now. :)

While it is sad to see you leave the purple room, I am thrilled you have chosen to serve the forum as a Moderator.

I know you will lead with gentleness, humility, and maturity. One of the marks of maturity is going to someone when you don’t know the answer or have a question, and I have seen you time and again set aside pride and ask for help or advice whenever needed. Thank you Philli, for embodying our hopes and desires for the forum, and for choosing to use your God given talents towards moderating. I know you will thrive in this line of service.

Airianna, please don't cry, lest you be in danger of provoking me to do it. You know that your encouragement and friendship have been vital in helping me find my way on HW, and I will continue to seek your advice in the future.

I appreciate your saying that. Generally, I'm anything but humble. It is a major struggle of mine. But I've never been adverse to asking questions, so your commendation highly encourages me.
